Refund policy

In accordance with Danish legislation, a product can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for returning the product to me and for the costs associated with the return shipment. Please send an email to svikmoelle@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return to receive the return address.

Once I have received your return package, I will send you an email to confirm that I have received your returned product.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the money will automatically be transferred to your credit card or the original method of payment within a certain number of days. If you have received the wrong item or have any other questions regarding a return, please send an email to svikmoelle@gmail.com.
